Reservations:
New clients must set up an initial consultation prior to making any pet sitting appointments. Returning customers can make reservations by telephone or email. Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested. If your pet or home needs more time than scheduled, it will be added and billed to you.
Service Hours:
Our standard service hours are between 8am and 8pm.
Payments:
Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of scheduled service. Cash or check is the only method of payment currently accepted.
Holidays:
The following dates will require a $5 holiday surcharge for 30 minute to 1 hours visits, $15 for overnight stays (per visit) and $10 for doggie day care.
